THE PROCESS

  • Determine the messaging and ideate. Design the look and feel of a video and develop storyboards and/or scripts. Finalize the budget. Secure locations and talent. Schedule the crew and equipment rentals. Create an edit schedule based on the deadline. Ensure all edit needs are solidified - direction, design elements and expectations.

  • Direct the talent and the crew. Approve set design. Maintain budget. Troubleshoot. Ensure security and the safety of cast and crew. Stay on schedule and manage media.

  • Deliver media and work alongside the editor. Brainstorm design elements and craft the narrative according to the script. Provide feedback. Review. Edit. Review again. Finalize sound design, color correction and graphics. Mediate between the client and the edit team. Deliver the final video in the format(s) the client requires.
